Fay Da Bakery

In the summer of 1991, Han Chou inaugurated the first Fay Da Bakery in Manhattan, bringing recipes learned from a baking journey in Taiwan. Echoing the harmonious blend found in the buns and pastries, the goal extends beyond the culinary delights. The vision aims to create a future where diverse culinary cultures come together, fostering connections and shared experiences through food.
